CET Platform Poland and Croatia are happy to invite you to join us on projects which will be submitted to National Agencies on April 2015 deadline of KA1 Mobility of Youth. All projects will be submitted within the Erasmus+ programme. All activities will be hosted in spring 2016 in Krzyzowa, Poland and Djakovo, Croatia. Final dates will be agreed with selected partners. 

Seminar and Training Course “No Limits!”, Krzyzowa, Poland

Project aimed at discussion and practical implementation of the “Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy – in the field of youth”. The document, vital for youth work, tackles challenge connected to inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities AND positive management of diversity that different groups add to our lives. The project will be implemented in two stages:

• SEMINAR – aimed at discussing the current political context, identification of our target groups and their needs, and possibilities and support features in Erasmus+ programme for inclusion and diversity projects.
• Training Course – designed to provide tips and practical guidance on how to organise quality inclusion and diversity projects, provide tools and methods of youth work, and inspire through presentation of examples of a number Inclusion & Diversity project examples.

The project, directed at youth workers and youth leaders working in the field of inclusion and diversity, will be implemented as a series of two 8 days activities.

 

Training Course “EU-line – ICT in youth work”, Krzyzowa, Poland

(Project also include partners from Western Balkans)

EU-line will be an 8-days Training Course for youth workers and youth leaders interested and working in the field of promotion of active citizenship, active participation and European values using Information and Communication Technologies.  The project will be first of the series of Training Courses and Seminars aimed at developing competences and knowledge of youth workers and organisations working with youth in Europe. The project is aimed at development of communication skills and competences needed to efficiently communicate with youth using ICT channels (through webpages, using social media, e.g. facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and build effective communication strategies to promote EU values and active citizenship. Participants will also learn how to construct a campaign and ensure high rate of youth involvement. The project, directed at youth workers and young leaders from both Programme and Partner countries.

Training Course “Improve reality – HRE”, Djakovo, Croatia

It will be 7 days training course educating youth workers and youth leaders from partner organisations about human rights, what is the human rights in general and what is the history of protecting human rights. Also they will be educated how to recognize violence of human rights and how to solve the problem related to human rights in their local, regional and European level. We will introduced them with Compass methods and how to use Compass in Human right education. Expected results of this project is raised awareness about human rights and educated youth workers and leaders for implementation of Compass methods in their activity, not only on local level, but also on national, regional and European level.

Training Course “Youth for change”, Djakovo, Croatia

Since conflict is inevitable part of life, learning how to respond to it constructively is essential. Training Course “Youth for change” will empower young youth workers to step forward and based on the gain knowledge and skills make a difference in their lives, organizations and communities. Training Course “Youth for change” is aimed for 30 youth workers who want to gain knowledge about conflict resolution and steps for preventing and resolving conflicts.  Participants will learn how to analyse conflicts and steps for resolving and transforming conflict situations. They will gain and improve their communication, creative problem solving and self-reflection skills.

Training Course “ Be loud, participate!”, Djakovo, Croatia

It will be 7 days training course educating youth workers and young leaders from partner organisations about youth activism, public speak, communication with target groups, media, decision makers. Young people will learn how motivate young people from their local community to actively participate on creative way to maximize impact on decision makers through meetings, public forums, debates, dialogue between youth and public makers. Through the program will be used different methods of non formal education such as brainstorming, workshops, presentations, debates, meetings, discussion and simulations. The main objectives is to teach youth how to actively participate in the process, communicating with media, target group and decision makers, to raise awareness of youth about EU in order that interested public for ideas and suggestions that have to be able to influence decision-makers and impact on them especially in the field of youth.

Youth Exchange “Active Youth for Equality and Inclusion”, Djakovo, Croatia

The project will gather 42 young people from 7 European countries who will come together to discuss and learn more about equality and social inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups whilst at the same time getting motivation and tools to take an active part in democratic and civil life by becoming young agents of change in society. The youth exchange besides working on equality and social inclusion, will also work on the topics of intercultural and interfaith dialogue as significant tools for fighting discrimination, xenophobia, homophobia and social exclusion. The youth exchange methodology will be based on non-formal education, experiential and informal learning that will include: brainstorming, getting-to-know each other and group building activities, group work, discussions, debates, simulations, role playing, theatre, open-space activities, personal and group reflections, lectures and presentations.

Youth Exchange “Youth for sustainable future”, Djakovo, Croatia

Project is aimed for 36 youth workers who want to gain knowledge about our influence on the environment and the steps we can take to prevent and stop further damage to the nature. This project will tackle issues such as care for nature, sustainable development and our behavior towards the world around us. Participants will gain knowledge about consequences of our behavior on the environment, they will be empowered to make steps towards greener and brighter future. Participants will learn about recycling, sustainable development and steps for promoting eco sustainability.

Youth Exchange  “HR for everybody”, Djakovo, Croatia

(Project also include partners from Western Balkans)

It will be 7 days youth exchange educating youth from different countries, different communities and different opinions about human rights, what is human rights in general, how to recognize violence of human rights, how to deal with situation when they recognize violation of human right and why is important to respect human rights for everybody, regardless of differences. The aims of this project is to raise awareness about human rights, educate young people about human right and raise awareness about human rights in Europe.

On Training Courses organised by CET each partner will send 3 participants and on Youth Exchange each partner will send 6 participants (5 + 1 group leader). Age limit for participants of YE is 18-25, for leaders and participants on TC there is no age limit.
