ЦЕТ платформа Македонија објавува отворен повик за 2 учесника од Македонија за обука која ќе се одржи во Кшижова, Полска од 14-ти до 21-ви октомври 2017.

Обуката „Virtual Youth Workers“ се одржува во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија, при што сместувањето, храната и патните трошоци до 275 евра се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите.

Услов за учество е пријавените да се постари од 18 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Избраните учесници ќе треба да платат 400 денари членарина на сметка на организацијата како надомест за учество на проектот. Сумата вклучува подготовка пред одењето на обуката, помош при организирањето на превозот и комуникација со организаторите, подршка од страна на организацијата за потенцијално настанат проблем во текот на проектот, како и вклучување во мејлинг листа на организацијата која нуди информации за учество на идни локални или меѓународни активности.

Project summary

The project will consist on one activity – training course „Virtual Youth Workers” held in youth center in Krzyżowa, Poland, from 14th to 21st of October 2017. Participants of the project will be a group of 27 youth workers from 9 European countries (Czech Republic, Croatia, Spain, Macedonia, Italy, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, and Poland). The project will be implemented by nine NGOs of different profiles and target groups, united by common need to learn different on-line tools of presence and activity in the Internet, learn good practices, as well as to learn to create and execute communication strategies using the Internet channels of communication.

The main aim of the project is professionalization of youth work by development of skills related to using ICT by partner organizations from different parts of Europe, as well as by professionalization and strategic planning of external communication of youth organizations.

Objectives of the project

• Strengthening the capacity of involved organizations (and indirectly other organizations in Europe) to communicate effectively with young people – their main target group – using the most efficient forms of communication
• Promotion of information and communication technology (ICT) in youth work, promotion of non-formal education
• Creation of an online platform that includes online work tools, tips, and other resources that can be used by partners and other organizations
• Strengthening the international cooperation of the organizations involved and engaging in the cooperation of the new organizations
• Rising attention of other organizations in Europe and other actors involved in youth policy about the importance of the Internet as a channel of communication and activity

Venue

The Training Course will be held in a beautiful and relaxing rural area, Krzyzowa Village, which is situated around 60km far from Wrocław in Lower Silesia region, Poland.

Hosting organisation, within the Erasmus+ funds, will provide you during the training with:

• Accomodation ( rooms with 3-4 beds, bathroom, bed liniens and towels)
• Food (breakfast, lunch, supper)
• Two coffee breaks per day
• There is WIFI avaible almost everywhere in the estate.

The Training Course will start with a supper on 14.10.2017and end  with a breakfast on 21.10.2017. 

Travel costs

The organisers will reimburse your travel costs from your home city to Wrocław, Poland.

Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice and up to the level set by the EC based and the distance calculator between seat of your  organisation and the venue.

Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full attendance during the activity and  presentation of the original tickets with boarding passes (and receipts/invoices if applicable). Reimbursement will be done in cash, based only on actual costs, at the end of the training course.

As a rule the cheapest reasonable travel option should be chosen.

Cost of the transfer Wrocław – Krzyzowa– Wrocław (10-15 EUR) will be included in your reimbursement  forms and deducted from the total reimbursement you will receive at the end of the project.
