Повик за учесници за обука во Узана, Бугарија

ЦЕТ платформа Македонија објавува отворен повик за 3 учесници од Македонија за обука која ќе се одржи во Узана, Бугарија од 9-ти до 17-ти октомври 2017.

Обуката „Social Entrepreneurship Training“ се одржува во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија, при што сместувањето, храната и патните трошоци до 180 евра се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите.

Услов за учество е пријавените да се постари од 18 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Избраните учесници ќе треба да платат 400 денари членарина на сметка на организацијата како надомест за учество на проектот. Сумата вклучува подготовка пред одењето на обуката, помош при организирањето на превозот и комуникација со организаторите, подршка од страна на организацијата за потенцијално настанат проблем во текот на проектот, како и вклучување во мејлинг листа на организацијата која нуди информации за учество на идни локални или меѓународни активности.

Project summary

The project focuses on the link between the economic phenomenon “Social Entrepreneurship” and youth work, thus supporting the social and professional development of young people. Social entrepreneurship is an opportunity for young people to find innovative solutions to major social problems, to realize their potential and assert their identity. It is also one of the tools for sustainable fight against youth unemployment and social exclusion of young people.

The project aims to prepare youth workers to apply the concept of social entrepreneurship in their organizations and communities by developing their entrepreneurial skills and competencies. Furthermore, the project aims to identify the entrepreneurial potential of people and organizations involved in the project to provide participants with examples of successful businesses developed by young social entrepreneurs, develop knowledge about the process of development of social enterprise.

During the training, the participants will plan how to transfer entrepreneurial skills and practices to young people they work with. It will support young people in their personal and professional development, facilitate their social inclusion and full contribution to the community and its development.

In order to achieve the objectives, the project is aimed to engage partner organizations based in countries where there is an identified need to develop the capacity of youth organizations to work with the concept of social entrepreneurship and implementation of innovative methods and approaches for youth work. The target group of partner organizations is both countries with record levels of youth unemployment in Europe and challenges in terms of social inclusion of young people and countries which are becoming hubs for the development of social enterprises and innovation.

The project includes topics such as: basics of social entrepreneurship, SWOT and PEST-ELD analysis, cycle of social change, competency model of a social entrepreneur, business plan development, development of entrepreneurial ideas and etc.

The expected outcomes after the implementation of the project are: increased capacity of the organizations to work with the concept of social entrepreneurship and its application in youth work, building competencies in youth workers to be ambassadors of social entrepreneurship and support young people they work with to develop entrepreneurial skills aimed at support of community and sharing experience with other young people (direct youth work), NGOs (networking), and Europe as a whole (international projects).

The long-term benefits of the project are aimed at young people, which will in future participate in programs and initiatives implemented by the partner organizations will gain valuable skills and increase their motivation to initiate social change through social entrepreneurship initiatives. This will contribute to positive and sustainable development of local communities by consolidation of ideas to solve common challenges through innovation. Social entrepreneurship can be the key to solving complex social problems, and young people can be the driving force for that to happen!

Methodology

All of the activities and methods will contribute to the process of non-formal learning. The methods in the program follow the model “Learning by doing” – debates, simulations, energizers, ice-breakers, communication games, activities for exploring and sharing, group discussions, coaching sessions, creativity, reflection and self-reflection, open space and others. The activities are based on the principles of experiential learning and Kolb Cycle.

The program

The program is designed with a logical flow that starts with introduction to concepts and progressively gets into the topic, to end up working on the creation by participants of practical results. The training course will be fully implemented in English!

Reimbursement and insurance 

Board and lodging will be provided and paid by the organizers of the Training Course. There will be travel reimbursement according to the Erasmus + regulations. Please pay attention to the figures and conditions. We are strongly recommending you to have insurance while you are in Bulgaria. Each participant will be in charge of purchasing one, because no private insurance will be reimbursed.

Organizers will reimburse 100% of eligible travel costs up to the limit. Travel cost will be reimbursed after participants provide their original tickets and fill their personal report from European Commission. Reimbursement will be done by bank transfer in Euro to the sending organization’s bank account. If you bought your ticket in your local currency which might be different than EUR, we will calculate your travel costs according to the exchange rates from official European Commission web-site: www.ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/index.cfm?Language=en

Note that, only participants attending the entire training course can be reimbursed. The Commission solely reimburses public transport costs.

Travel limits:180€ for Macedonia

Very important: your tickets are an essential part of accounting of the project that we must keep and present to the Erasmus+ National Agency, the main funders of the training. Therefore, if you cannot provide your original tickets, receipts, insurance and invoices clearly stating the travel agency, your name and the exact costs of the tickets, we will not be able to reimburse you. Please DO NOT BUY any tickets before approval of the organizers!

Accommodation and food

The training course will take place in hotel “Prima S”. Participants will be accommodated in double and triple bed rooms. Each room has a bathroom. Accommodation and full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are covered by the hosting organization.
